1. Respect for the Property
Please treat the apartment with care and keep it in good condition.
Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly.
2. No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, loud music, or visitors after 10 PM are strictly not allowed.
Only registered guests are permitted inside the apartment.
3. No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, shisha, and incense are not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. AED 1000/- will be charged if smoking is reported.
4. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
5. Cleanliness
Kindly dispose of trash daily and avoid leaving food exposed.
Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessively dirty conditions.
6. Balcony Safety
Do not hang clothes, throw objects, or lean furniture against balcony railings.
Children must be supervised on the balcony at all times.
7. Check-in & Check-out
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and fees.
Please inform us at least 1 hour before arrival to arrange check-in.
8. Identity Requirements
As per Dubai regulations, all guests must provide a passport or Emirates ID for building & DTCM registration.
9. Appliances & AC
Please switch off lights and AC when leaving the apartment.
Do not tamper with electrical panels or AC thermostats.
10. Lost Keys / Access Cards
Lost keys or access cards will incur a replacement fee of AED 500/- per lost/missing access card or a key
